Bound in cobalt blue cloth without any stamping or decoration, and on thinner paper stock than that of the published book. Front hinge starting, a very good copy that ostensibly was intended for purposes of review. We have never encountered another copy, nor do we ever expect to. Sotheby’s London catalogued this copy in 1999.
