[Kissinger, Henry]. Rosenthal, Monroe and Donald Munson. PRESIDENT KISSINGER

$300.00

New York: Freeway , [1974]. First edition. 16mo. A fictitious and intermittently raunchy narrative of Kissinger's rise to the presidency in 1977. Over 100,000 copies of this irreverent paperback original were printed, but Freeway's distributors refused to get copies into bookstores, according to the book's publisher Maurice Girodias, due to heavy pressure by Kissinger and the State Department. Not surprisingly, the Freeway Press soon declared bankruptcy and copies of the book were not to be seen anywhere.  A very good copy. Pictorial wrappers
